BCTAM was established in 2015 by blood bank technicians and this institution has members with over 20 years of experience working in blood bank as Laboratory professional technicians in Government and Corporate blood banks.
From the inception of BCATM, we have conducted 6 state levels CME, of 2 days scientific and technical lecture with hands on workshop, because Blood Bank technician’s knowledge is very crucial in flawless operations.
BCTAM is an institution which provides platform for young technical staff to develop & progress in their professional career. BCTAM creates opportunity for technicians to share their experiences and exchange knowledge, BCTAM works with Transfusion Medicine experts and with their support-inputs organise educational series for young technicians to gain knowledge & confidence in blood bank operating process.
