Main aim of the association is to train Blood Centre Technologists for safe blood transfusion and upgrade them with the recent developments in this field. This association is By the technologists, Of the technologists and For the technologists. BCTAM usually organizes two days CME annually in different parts of Maharashtra. Special emphasis is given to rural areas where the technicians are mostly not aware of the latest development in the field of Blood Banking.
